Flow of Service

Main Expert Staff of the Presidential Communications Office (KKK) Prita Laura revealed that there are 5 phases that the reporter goes through.

  1. Report received.
  2. Report verification by the Setwapres team.
  3. The report will be entered and submitted to the channels according to the ministries/institutions, and local governments concerned for follow-up.
  4. The team will follow up on the report submitted by the community.
  5. The public will be given the opportunity to respond to the follow-up and once approved, the reporting process is complete.

Reporting from Detik News, Deputi Tata Kelola Pemerintahan di Sekretariat Wakil Presiden, Pranggono Dwianto said that complaints from the public will be processed by the secretariat for 14 days. The public can also update their reports through the website.

The “Lapor Mas Wapres” service can be made directly by visiting the post located at the Vice Presidential Palace complex, on Jalan Kebon Sirih No.14, Central Jakarta. The operational hours of the direct “Lapor Mas Wapres” service are every Monday – Friday, from 08.00 – 14.00 WIB.
